  From Hideous To Exquisite
  I made the mistake of asking another prominent Wollongong jeweler to craft a ring from 4 existing diamond and sapphire rings. The result was so ugly (pic 1), I couldn't look at it, let alone wear it. The problems included a flawed visualisation process, lack of frank advice and poor judgement.
  
  Crown's robust processes (pic 3) and John Inan's experience and informed suggestions produced an exquisite ring (pic 2) that constantly delights me.
  
  Surprisingly, his price to remodel the ugly ring (including removing all stones and melting down the white gold, supplying 2 extra sapphires, visualising and constructing the new design, recording all stones and weights, and providing a valuation for insurance) was lower than I'd paid for just the ugly ring from the other jeweller.
  
  I couldn't be happier. .

  We had a fantastic experience with the guys at Crown Diamond Jewellers buying an engagement ring. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. The end product was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Not only did we love their fine pieces but also the service of their family run business and attention to detail!
