I have had my hair cut and eyebrows done, and both employees hadn't done what was asked.
One in particular was naive and arrogant toward me. She was rough and didn't do what I asked (she cut me off every time I tried to tell her, telling me how she knew what she was doing because she had 21 years experience) and nor did she do what she said she would do. Then she had not given me a chance to comment on the eyebrows. The eyebrows were left entirely asymmetrical, she said I just need to fill in and grow where she screwed up, after it had taken 5 months for my eyebrows to grow back from the previous waxing. I now endure bullying over the eyebrows.
I have also waited for over 10 minutes to be served four separate times, and two of those times I had left. The girls were clearly happier having a chat rather than making a sale.
