  The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were greeted at the door by a very helpful lady that could not have done more for us. She was attentive and when I was checking out the ATM for depositing money (I've never done this before) she came over and fully explained it for me. We transferred two children's saving accounts into adult accounts and the staff could not have been more helpful.

  Had to deposit coins from my money box and was greeted by Janelle who promptly helped me she then organised a meeting with the loans officer Miso who was very helpful and informative.

  Greeted by Nancy today and was assisted greatly with the best service I've had in any bank

  Worst service by any bank, arrogant and rude responses by the staff women.
  
  This reflects the staffs education levels and the bank's unaffordability of qualified people.
  
  Administration could audit the services of this branch if they really concern about organizational profit.

  The service was extremely bad. I am surprised who a bank service is like this specially in a first world countries. I have received a new debit card which I did not request and after activation of new card my mobile notification about transection not appear. When I ask for to solve this they doesn't know at all and behave like very bad.
